Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Averx Global's portal or creating an account, you agree to be legally bound by all terms detailed herein.
1. Courier & Shipping Services
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate parcel weight and dimensional measurements.
- Prohibited items, hazardous materials, and restricted goods under Saudi Customs law are strictly forbidden.
- Delivery SLAs depend on the selected service tier (Express, Standard, Economy).
2. Warehouse Storage Booking
All storage contracts are managed through Averx portal. Customers must accurately declare product categories and comply with warehouse safety and insurance standards.
3. Software Services & Digital Solutions
All intellectual property, proprietary software code, and Averx trademarks are reserved. Reverse engineering or unauthorized reselling of software services is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability & Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Competent courts in Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
